PSU: 500W EVGA

What did you do to get this issue? I tried to install FiveM
What server did you get this issue on? US?

[ 13172] Disabled NVSP.

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?

Also add what you already tried so far. Reinstalling FiveM Deleting FiveM folder and redownloading Fivem.exe

In the meantime, please be patient or grab the missing file from a friend and place it in cache\game
