What is the issue you’re having?
I am getting the error “Sorry, we could not process your request at this time #1.000.7” when trying to log in through Chrome and when launching FiveM.
However, the issue does NOT happen:
- on another browser on the same PC
- on my phone
- on another PC connected to the same internet connection
I can successfully log into my Rockstar account on another browser, but not on Chrome or inside FiveM.
The issue happens before joining any server.
What have you tried already to fix the issue?
I already tried:
- clearing cache and cookies
- reinstalling FiveM
- reinstalling Rockstar Games Launcher
- changing DNS
- flushing DNS
- resetting network settings
- restarting router and PC
- changing time zone settings
- disabling VPN (I am not using one)
- trying different browsers
- checking online forums and videos for solutions
Nothing worked.
What server did you get this issue on?
No server. The issue happens before joining a server.

My brother uses the same internet connection on another PC and everything works normally for him.
I own GTA V through Epic Games and I am using the standard / older version of GTA V, not the Enhanced version.
