What did you do to get this issue? Nothing. I just start up the program and it appears. The loading screen is stuck too.
What server did you get this issue on? None.

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?
Once. Didn’t work.
When I open the file it shows that windows about Entry Point Not found and then it shows the loading screen and gets stuck there. I have uninstalled and reinstalled GTA and it hasn’t done anything. In thye window it also says that a file is mising. Check the final text.
