Important parts

What is the issue you’re having? After an hour of being in any server, my entire pc shuts down to black screen. I have to reboot it, then hard reset it for it to boot back up.

What are you trying to do? Play GTA5 RP

What have you tried already to fix the issue? I spent 4 hours with Geek Squad, monitored the temperature, updated GTA, my graphics card, and all other updates necessary, changed in server and out of server settings, cleared cache, cleared temp and prefetch files, rebooted numerous times

If a PC just ‘shuts down’ including fans/LEDs turning off, that’s probably the PSU’s overcurrent protection. Either way, this is a hardware issue: nothing in any app, especially one that doesn’t contain any kernel-mode drivers, should be able to make a PC shut down entirely like such.

I was able to fix it by turning on my firewall. Edit: turns out the problem was actually the power supply!
