Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?
I tried to install FiveM several times, but the only thing that is happening is an empty folder that pops up. When i am pressing on the disktop app im just coming back to the empty folder. I dont even have a chance to try getting in to the real app start the server. Feels so bad…
