Hey, we are using the evc script with ESX Jobs and managed to limit the usage of the Script to a user_license. I’m wondering if it is possible to limit the lights to different jobs. For example that the job “mechanic” only can choose the yellow ones and the “police” the blue-red ones… is it possible to modify the Config.Models.Lights in the Custom Files? I tried it, but couldn’t get it to run.

Hey ! Just to let you know that since it has been requested by multiple users, this feature was introduced in a beta version :

2.1.7a :
Light/Object wise whitelist
Only modify lights/objects on which you have rights

An option to activate the collision only for single objects and lights, maybe like the Extras and Doors Options?

Sorry to bother you. I ran your script perfectly yesterday. Thank you very much. The reason is because I made some stupid mistake. I forgot to install the dependencies of the script. When I installed it, it ran fine. Thank you for the great script. !

Does this allow you to share the cars as a “purchasable” item for PD? Or does it only store and give access to the creator of the vehicle? I have a couple of cars we want to add to our server and I cant find any decent pre-mades of the models we want.

You are able to save the config per model, allowing multiple models to have the same lights/siren configuration

You could also save per template name and load this template using an item, but that would require a bit of programming on your side

Lately we have seen an issue where lightbars randomly despawn. Either sitting in vehicle or standing beside it. Latest artifacts and build 3095. Any ideas what it could be?

Hey, you can use any model you want as long as it’s categorized as a vehicle (required to have working lights)

Hey, I don’t know what you mean by “tool” but if you mean the config for lights / objects yes you can take your EVC.json file and give it to another server

Yes if the owner of the first server sends the EVC.json to the other server. This JSON file is not encrypted
