Nope just native UI eup-ui and eup stream. Although funny enough not having to clear the client cache anymore after I posted. 
The problem with the clothes not saving is still there though. If I select the uniform through eup menu it doesnât stick on logging out and back in. Not a big deal since I can just save outfits. Just wanted to bring it up.
Okay, wtf am I doing wrong here? I am simply trying to install EUP to a FiveM server for the first time. I am fairly new to this so try to stay with me.

Sorry for being an absolute moron but what am I supposed to do with this now. There is no direct folder to put the contents in and furthermore put them in my server. Please, someone, explain my next step. Thank you.
