Script doesn’t work at all, text input field doesn’t show up. No errors.
I treid it too - but the command alert is inside the policejob too. So how is it possible to use this script too? Anyone has a working version?
This works just fine for me. Need to go to server_config.lua and add your steam hex and the where it says Config.EAS>Departments that is what you type after /alert. So for example /alert LSPD(if its caps on config it needs to be caps when you do /alert

I have downloaded the latest version of this script and started it. But whenever I do /alert LSPD it just shows up in chat and nothing else happens. No error or anything. Any help?

This needs an updated resource. I tried creating one myself, but I have no clue what I’m doing. fxmanifest.lua (359 Bytes) I’ll leave my attempt here, maybe someone can get this to work?
I fixed the resource file, but I cant get the script to work at all. It just tells me /alert is not a valid command. No script errors or anything like that.

When i install this script. When i did /alert LSPD no box didnt come up on my screen. is it start eas-fivem or ensure eas-fivem. I like used this on my server.
Use ensure. But either way check your server console for any script errors.
ok i got ensure. does anyone have luck get this to work. i try it again i check the errors on it. I dont know what am looking for but i saw this. SCRIPT ERROR: citizen:/scripting/lua/scheduler.lua:1155: No such export isRolePresent in resource discordroles. i dont know be cuase of it.
Thats because it uses discordroles script for permissions. It wont work without fixing the permissions. But yes it is in my FiveM server currently and working.
what is the steps i needs to get the discordroles setup?

Is the default Announcement under USGVT or do we have to apply it, and how would we select such
script is working perfectly fine, you just have to do /alert LSPD or whatever department name you have in server_config.lua … using only /alert will not do anything.
What permissions are you using?
