After this update, ELS lags when turning on my lights. While its not directly FiveM, it didnt happen until after the update.
The newest update had broke many things regarding ELS modifications. This can be the client-side, or server-sided scripting. You are going to have to wait for the developers of the script to fix it before you can smoothly use it again.
