When I tried to upgrade my subscription to a higher tier it showed me an error after that when I tried to get support so I raised a ticket in the portal it’s been a week since I raised there is not even a single response of support.

I recently renewed my Element Club Aurum subscription and have received a confirmation email for the renewal. However, when I check the portal, it shows the following message without specifying a renewal date:
Element Club Subscription
Your current subscription for Element Club Aurum renews on .
Additionally, when trying to connect to the server, I receive the following error:
This server uses more slots than allowed by the current subscription. The allowed slot count is 48, but the server has a maximum slot count of 64.
Hello, Any idea how to upgrade the sub?
I have the Element Club Aurum myself and it say’s 128 slots and I only have 48 slots. Can someone help me with this?
