Edit vehicle files

hey i have tried to edit vehicle files for some bikes because they wont park in the garage and dont save upgrades but when i try to open the files with My scripting programs it just pops up with alot of weird symbols and Highlights that looks nothing like a script

btw sorry for My stupid question its just that im new to this hole scripting thing

What file are you exactly trying to edit?

a dlc file for a add-on bike isnt it there i edit it from car to bike cuz i know thats the problem i just cant figure out how to open the file and edit it.
