I have seen the start of something very great for this server. I have been a part of the eGO roleplay server for awhile now, and I am very impressed with the staff and the leaders that make it run smoothly. Unlike the ups and downs in the past, the organizers have persevered and made a really fun server to play on. I was able to experience a court trial as a lawyer recently, for example. In the past, it has been a huge hassle and technical nightmare for the trials to take place. People DC, the RP is not great, or the teamwork to put trials together was not there. However, I did not see those problems with the trial. I expect great things from this server.

If you’ve failed to use the lockpicks, you can bring the player to a hidden off land location where you can use the target to target a workbench and grab tools. Use these temporary tools to break the handcuffs instantly. (Target the player)

For those who had noticed, we did not release a roadmap for the month of November. I am happy to announce that we plan to continue releasing public roadmaps every month in efforts of allowing you to not only look forward to upcoming additions and changes, but follow the development process. Our roadmap is expected to be announced at the end of every month during the last weekly meeting of said month.
As we move into December, we are excited to share this month’s roadmap.

Hello! you’re reading the comments of this thread to (hopefully) see if this server is worthwhile applying to. You are also wondering a few other things that you cant really figure out from the outside looking in (player base, Types of RP, Server history, etc) Well I hope to quickly answer some of those questions.
Firstly to a new time reader let me explain why I’m one of the best to tell you this information; I’ve been in the EGO GTA RP Server since December of 2017 (and before) I’ve been in all areas of roleplay and within EGO Staff (Chief of police, Running a gang, working for a gang, working for police - Admin and X member of Leadership[stepped down to focus on streaming]) on the note of streaming, I’ve been playing this server almost daily for the last year. I’ve clocked almost 4000 hours on the EGO server since 2017, this is why I think I’m the best (unbias) person to let you know on all the details.
Now moving on, this server has a ton of people who are extremely dedicated to the server, it has a highly trained law enforcement player base with a lot of good documents and trainers for training new applicants to the LEO base.
When there is a bunch of people on, the RP is crazy for crims cops and civilians. certain individuals go above and beyond with their type of RP and it’s always been the highlight of the day for me personally (Ex; Evidence based investigation scenes for police)
Id also like to note the amount of stuff there is to do for criminals and civilians alike, bunch of jobs and illegal things like heists that you can do, but you also need to collect items from different (smaller and bigger) jobs that allow you to do the biggest ones.
The type of RP that comes in is always varied as not everyone is the same, it’s always fun to have new and different people join with new ideas for RP.
The server previously was Public and due to a bunch of circumstances (Cheating, Metagaming, massive rulebreaking, ddos attacks, spawning in money, and exploiting) among other things, it was decided to switch the server to whitelisted. and over all the pro’s outweigh the cons. all of the things I listed does not happen anymore, and when they have (referring to someone exploiting) they were caught and banned.
Speaking about cons and the reason I’m making this post is because we need more players, we on average get around 15-30 players a night, and the player base usually gets on towards 7-11pm est, I personally would like to see the server grow to have more people to play and RP with, as this is one of the best servers I’ve ever played, with one of the most mature community’s available.
