What have you already tried to fix the issue?
To resolve this problem, I disabled overlays, added FiveM as an exception in Windows antivirus, cleared the FiveM cache, reinstalled the runtimes, updated all GPU and graphics drivers, launched FiveM as administrator, verified that the GTA 5 game files were not corrupted, and reinstalled FiveM and GTA 5.

Do a deep scan of your machine with Malwarebytes https://www.malwarebytes.com/. Make sure you actually do a deep scan. Next to the “Scan” option you will have 3 dots click on them and click advance.
If no malware was found then it’s most likely your CPU that’s causing this.
Your CPU, is affected by the Intel microcode bug that can cause permanent damage or instability to the CPU if unfixed. We sometimes see this crash with people affected by this bug, as the instability messes up the FiveM anti-cheat (that causes Early-exit traps)
The solution is to update the BIOS version on your motherboard. For this you will need a USB stick.
