When I start installing Fivereborn it says that “Dxgi 1.2 support required. Please install Platform Update for Windows 7 to use FiveM”. When I press OK it redirects me to Microsoft Platform Update download page. I downloaded it but can’t install. It says that repair or reinstall Visual Studio. Please help me! A few monthes ago I could install FiveReborn. There was no problem. But now…

Make sure you downloaded the version that says “KB2670838”.

Then reinstall your OS (or update to Windows 10, really…) as it’s so far gone that you can’t even update it anymore.
