Possible Fix!
Add these to your antivirus exceptions
\Desktop\FiveM*
http://mirrors.fivem.net 7*
https://runtime.fivem.net/client/prod/bootstrap/citizenfx.exe* 9
Then try again. It worked for me.
(I dont know how to properly share someones post but this guys trick worked for me, back online and playing again, tried everything else with no luck, hope this helps)

I tried to install the app in the folder and that poped up

Ill give you guys these just to be shure if you need them

I did try to disable antivirus and nothing else… I can’t find solution on net…

Do u got avast antivirus? it was my problem. i had 2 antivirus programs
