When I enter a server, it gets me off the map, it wont show my character nor respawn it. I can type in chat but i can’t respawn, the admin can’t tp me either. On other servers it works perfectly, but on this specific one it doesn’t. It puts me under the map, i can type in chat but can’t respawn. I restarted my pc, I uninstalled FiveM and installed it back but still nothing.

if it happens only on this server then its something between you and them thats going on, whats your ping at with that server?

My ping on this server are 48

This is a problem with the server itself, not FiveM.
