I read the TOS but am kind of unsure. Is donating for ingame perks allowed but the money still goes torward the server? For example, a custom license plate number for a donator. Is this allowed?
Yes this is allowed, as long as you use the money raised to pay for your server (acute costs). Raising more money that the monthly costs or piling up money is not allowed.
