I just wanna ask one thing. I have bought one vps that isn’t cheap, so can I ask for donations to help me pay the server costs?

Well, as long as its covering server costs and web hosting costs and whatever you are fine, just dont use it to pay developers or to buy scripts as that would be against the ToS.

Yes… for fun, or… maybe do what the purpose of the project is and thats to learn.
problem is if you make money of the service that not only breaks FiveM’s ToS but it also something rockstar frowns appon and would cause legal issues.
