I get this problem when i try to start my server.

It’s telling you exactly whats wrong. It can’t find those resources so you have something set up incorrectly. No way anyone can help you with out seeing screen shots of your folders etc.

I think you need to cd to the server-data folder, and not exec the path

So

cd /home/fivem/TGI-ENG/fx-server-data
/home/fivem/TGI-ENG/fxserver/run.sh +exec server.cfg
