What did you do to get this issue?
After reistalling w10 about over month ago.
It was working before reinstalling normally whit out problems.

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?
Yes.
Also add what you already tried so far:
Reinstalled FiveM 6x times
Disabled / Uninstalled Anti-virus.
Granted permission to go through the firewall
Asking people if they have been same problem.
Wait one month if new FiveM update solve problem.
Asking in FiveM Discord and moth ago in forum, didint not get a response both of them.
