Im just asking what it means. Eveything of mine is completely normal expect for the fact I use ELS and EUP.

ELS and EUP are unrelated.

FiveM thinks you are missing some DLCs. It expects 122 DLCs to be installed, only finding 117 installed.

So your GTA 5 installation might be corrupted somehow or you are still running an older version of GTA 5 (< build 1365)
