Disheartening Experience and Unprofessional Staff at Thunderbird RP Server

My experience with Thunderbird RP Server has been incredibly disappointing and frustrating. I encountered a staff member named “cookie/LeOtie” who displayed blatant racism and refused to acknowledge the harm caused by their derogatory language towards an African American player. It is deeply disturbing that such behavior is allowed and tolerated within the server.
Furthermore, I was appalled to learn that this staff member engaged in gossip and negative discussions about my group with new players during their interviews. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of respect is completely unacceptable. It undermines the integrity and inclusivity that any reputable role-playing server should uphold.
What adds to the frustration is the significant amount of time I invested in playing on this server, amounting to hundreds of hours. I had hoped to enjoy an immersive and welcoming role-playing experience, but instead, I encountered favoritism and unjustified bias among the management and staff. This favoritism not only undermines the server’s credibility but also makes it clear that they do not value the time and effort players like myself invest in their community.
In conclusion, my time on Thunderbird RP Server was an enormous waste. The presence of a racist staff member, their refusal to acknowledge wrongdoing, and the prevalence of gossip and favoritism have left me deeply disheartened. I would strongly caution anyone considering joining this server to think twice, as it fails to live up to basic standards of professionalism, inclusivity, and respect.
