The resource has to be started before using exports.
Also make sure the resource is the name in the install instructions.

Oh wait, are you trying to use that export on the client? If so, it’s a server-side only export.

Make a item that only police can get, then let them give the item to players.
Then make the item a requirement via the DMV config.
