Disabling script hook trainers for some users?

I was on a server the other night, cannot remember what it was, but they were able to disable lambda for certain users… My understanding was that script hook trainers could only be blocked or not blocked. Anyone know of a way to make lambda only available to certain people?

I suspect they’ll be turning off script hook and using a server side mod for certain users.
