I meant do you stream the carvariations.meta and/or know how to? haha
Well okay i mean i’m a ‘double idiot’ hahah
in vehicles.meta you’ll have:
<vehicleClass>VC_EMERGENCY</vehicleClass>
and in carvariations.meta something like this:
<sirenSettings value="5" />
don’t know the exact settings from the top if my head, but you should look into those, those will alter the settings and how it responds 
I have also used those a few weeks ago to make custom admin vehicles with orange strobes for example.
Just google those two settings and the corresponding meta files
