I have gotten this same error, I had contacted AMD about this issue and they have stated that if you are using a insider version of windows, they do not support it, and most likely neither does the game. Unfortunately, You would have to reinstall the OS using the Media Tool from Microsoft (NOTE THAT THIS WILL DELETE YOUR PROGRAMS AND APPS BUT NOT YOUR FILES) then after that install the drivers, then the game. If the problem presist with a fresh (non insider) Windows Installation… Then Contact AMD (customercare@amdsupport.tech) and send them your DxDiag and MSinfo as it could be the Graphics card being defective.

I am on Windows 11, not in an insider build, but thanks for sending me information about it!

Try doing that!

I also had ran some test and I have noticed if you DO use ENB, dont, there two files called “d3d11.dll” and “d3dcompiler_46e.dll” that causes this issue for the DXGI error to happen. So with that being said there’s only a few reasons why you are getting that issue.

  1. You need to update your graphics drivers
  2. Remove ENB (if you do have it) and try to find another graphics pack that can be used WITHOUT ENB
  3. Reinstall Windows (depending on how you do it will depend on if you lose EVERYTHING or lose your games and apps but not your data, documents and folders)
  4. Reinstall GTA to see if that fixes the issue.

If nothing else works, Like I stated before please contact the professionals at AMD by email (customercare@amdsupport.tech) or by calling them (1-887-284-1566 which more than likely will SEND you to email them so they wont be on the phone for hours) to maybe find you a replacement or give you some help.
