Even though I disabled my GPU in my BIOS and in the Device Manager, I still get that error.

Some people experience this problem when using ‘Action’ for example. Please figure out if you have other possible programs running it.
Thank you for your help. I disabled all Programms that could potentially cause issues(All Software related to capturing as well as Windows-Built-In DVR). It didn’t help. I still get this error:
I tried to run it on a new User-Account as well - didn’t work either. So I am pretty much out of ideas at this point.
