Different rockstar account but same game license

So me, my gf and my brother all have our own copy of gta v with different accounts and have all managed to have seperate characters in my city, but for some reason now when we fly in my gf get the same rockstsr license as me and my brothers changes

restart FiveM

Delete %localappdata%\DigitalEntitlements and start FiveM again
