yes as @HoodRusher said, most of the garage script have that amount of limit PER PLAYER, where if a player stored more than that, the player will ended up not being able to take out any of his/her vehicle.
@CherryRed73 and I have been testing the garage script and we went over hundreds of vehicles.
So I believe that it is more likely that the vehicleshop generating car-plates will run out of combinations before the limit on the garage.

it has nothing to do with car plates,
this is limit on how many already bought vehicles can be stored in the garage for each player.
Lets say the limit is 32, when i store my 33rd vehicle, i will not be able to take out any of my vehicle from the garage anymore.

This was tested as well, we bought over 130 vehicles and all of them were able to spawn through the garage. You could also spawn more than 100 vehicles at once and then deposit them afterwards again. So it is guaranteed to work with more than 100 vehicles.
how bout the cheatengine ? is that will kick player if their change their car hex ?
@dwiprizzy I haven’t worked on any sorts anticheat yet. I will make save the players car hash on the server side and then check for it when they store their vehicle again. Or better, make a double check from the database, get the plate and hash from database and just deny them to deposit the vehicle.
