Department Choices
DPS currently consists of 3 departments, State Police, Metro Fire Department & San Andreas Security Services. Below i will explain what each department does.
State Police - The State Police has jurisdiction over the entire state, & is based around the Texas DPS. They are responsible for everything from, Traffic Enforcement, Responding to 911 calls, & generally keeping the community safe.
Metro Fire - The Metropolitan Fire & Rescue consists on Fire, and EMS. They are responsible for preserving & saving lives, by responding to medical based calls, and any type or fire, Small or Large.
SASS - The San Andreas Security Service is a crucial backbone of the State. They don’t receive much recognition, however, they assist Law Enforcement in non lethal situations that unfold within their juristiction.
Why DPS?
Many people may ask why they should join DPS, or what differentiates us from all the other communities on Five M. For one we have a mature and dedicated staff team, and all of our staff members have a lot of experience. Our staff are easy going and easy to get along with, but strict and reliable when it comes to people breaking the rules. We also offer a variety of documents & training manuals for our Law enforcement, staff, and fire department that is more detailed and realistic then others. We have put in a lot of time into trying to make DPS the best possible roleplay experience, and plan to continue doing so. We also have a strict set of rules to make sure roleplay is as realistic and enjoyable as it can be. We encourage realistic roleplays and small scale crimes instead of constant pursuits. To conclude DPS strives to create a enjoyable, and realistic environment for our players.
