Homicide Squad detectives are re-appealing for public assistance as investigations continue into the shooting murder of a man in South Los Santos last year.
At approximately 0200 hours Zulu on Saturday the 28th of November 2020 , emergency services were called to Roy Lowenstein Blvd, Strawberry.
When police arrived, they located a man suffering gunshot wounds. Despite the efforts of emergency services, he died at the scene.
The man was later identified as 30-year-old Randy Johnson.
Initial inquiries were conducted by officers from Strawberry Police Area Command before detectives from the State Crime Command’s Homicide Squad took carriage of the investigation under Strike Force Chatelaine.
Homicide Squad Commander, Detective Superintedent Gary Jubelin, said investigators remain focused on finding and arresting those responsible for Randy’s death.
“Strike Force Chatelaine detectives are determined to locate those involved in Adnan’s murder after he was violently gunned down inside his own home,” Det Supt Jubelin said.
“Police are confident that someone in the community has information that may be of assistance to investigators, and we encourage those people to come forward.
“After nine months of unanswered questions, officers hope to be able to provide some answers to Adnan’s family,” Det Supt Jubelin said.
Investigations under Strike Force Chatelaine are continuing.

At approximately 0430 hours Zulu standard yesterday (Tuesday the 7th of September 2021) Police attached to Paleto Bay Traffic and Highway Patrol detected a Sliver and Black 1970’s Dodge Challenger at a speed of 85mph in a signposted 65 mph on San Andreas Route 13, Grapeseed.
The driver, a 23-year-old male from Sandy Shores, who held a San Andreas drivers license (class c) was stopped and spoken to. He denied fault for the offence and stated “I’ve been trying to get home”.
He was issued with a Traffic Infringement Notice for exceed speed by 16-20 mph carrying a fine of $472 and 4 demerit points.

Today (Saturday the 11th of September 2021) is the beginning of Strike Force Raptor’s Project Para Bellum.
Project Para Bellum will be conducting proactive high-impact policing operations to prevent and disrupt and dismantle any transport networks facilitating the transportation of illicit drugs or other contraband.
This Joint-Proactive Operation will incorporate a range of Region, Local Police Area Command and Specialist units such as the Targeted Action Group, Police Dog Service, PolAir, and the Traffic and Highway Patrol Command.

Strike Force Raptor was established in 2009 and conducts proactive investigations and intelligence-based, high-impact policing operations to prevent and disrupt conflicts, and dismantle any network engaged in serious organised criminal activity.
