You opened a ticket telling us that our chicago district came into conflict with the mlo on your server and you asked us for help.

I replied that we could make all your mlo compatible, but that we could do it for free, to which you responded with criticism of the shop and threats of bad publicity.

I then told you that in view of your behavior the best thing to do is not to use the mlo that creates a conflict with the hood and not to buy our mlo in the future because you will be blacklisted from our customers in view of your criticisms and threats in ticket.
