You cant have peds in the same pack as the cars, if you make a pack of cars you can only have cars,motorbikes,helicopters,planes.
Please take a screenshot on your pack file with the cars that aren’t spawning.
If one of yours exceed the 16mb’s on textures most of them wont spawn, might have erros on vehicles.meta,handling.meta, so yeah post the code of those files as well…

when you try to spawn it, is there a “invalid model” issue? Or no issues at all but car never spawn?
I guess @Painwithin had network issues or something.
As in your made the models? Surprising to see someone original in terms of car packs 
Actually I think it’s possible to have a single pack with cars and peds add-ons. You just have to load every car’s meta files (carcols, carvarations, handling, vehicle etc) and the peds.meta file for the ped. The _resource “tells” the server which files have to be loaded with the file streamed (car’s texture files in stream folder). Didn’t try yet but I think it should works.
Anyway what @Evolyck said about texture’s cap is right. If some of the texture file’s size is above 16MB you have to resize it otherwise it won’t be streamed and you get a crash or a glitched car.

I have had some vehicle takes a while to actually spawn. Like it will just freeze my trainer and act like its trying to spawn but it never does. I usually had to just wait a while to let it spawn or leave the game. By that time I just remove the vehicles and just put a different one in its place. I haven’t seen anyone figure it out.
