If the owner of a server can’t find my files how can my data in the server be reset?

Unfortunately if you have no access to server files there’s no way to delete data from the server without the developer or server owner doing it for you.
One option you can attempt is to delete your cache but that’s unlikely to fix any issues.
I’ve already tried that.
Then unfortunately you’ve done all you as the client can, you’re shit out of luck at this point.
So nothing can be done to fix it?
Your data is stored server side in whatever resource is used to store it. Only somebody who has server access can remove it.

Unfortunately there’s nothing that FiveM developers can do to help that - how they store data is their own issue. They’ve got to have some unique way of storing data, therefore, that’s where they should be searching.
