Game is super stuttery when playing on any server, all graphics set to minimum and still get an inconsistent fps range from 45-85. vsync on doesn’t help either

Im honestly lost at this point, my friend has a worse pc than me and many others yet they can get an some what sooth 60fps experience…

well doesnt matther if the hdd is full of empty running the game and windows from an ssd is already alot quicker. But as said above the resources like custom building (mlo) or cars can also make an issue with your game. for example the polygon count in custom cars really ask alot of your card.
