Dead when connecting

First of all, I’m pretty new to setting up a FiveM server but I really like it so far.
I do have some coding experience.

For easy use I bought a cheap ZAP server for a month just to get the hang of it.
So far so good.
I died on my server and I cant revive myself. When I try to reconnect, I die again after a few seconds.
The game prints out something like:
“You did not set a saved character to restore to. Do so in the MP Customization.”
I mean it says it right there what to do, but I didnt quite find out what it meant by that.

That’s sent by vMenu and you can safely ignore it most of the time.
About the issue, you likely have a faulty resource (or a collision of such) making you not be able to respawn properly. If you’re using ESX, anything to do with “ambulance” or “hospital” would be a place to look first.
