You would probably have to setup a table with the translations for every word / sentence you use, and get it from that table. Better off searching google, I’m sure a tutorial is somewhere online.

That is if its for changing the UI language.
If it is specifically for reading from a DB then SQL is written in english anyway the results it pulls from there can be anything really and in any language too.
