Aside from GTA5 Mods, you can look at the forum here for free releases.
Is it just preference or an issue of getting them to stream on the server?
some of my clothes in console become yellow, what is the fix for that?

Do you mean they model shows up all yellow or the console is showing yellow text referring to the clothing? If it is the text, that is just a streaming warning. You don’t need to worry about that too much.
