If i remember correctly no as long as it is replace existing cloths,but if what you are wanting to use is and addon outfit,then yes you do.

Sorry but you are wrong, theres no such thing as addon outfit in fivem right now, the only way you can stream clothes is replacing the original ones from GTA ONLINE and you require at least the 15$ patreon, to be able to stream it.

i have the patreon and i used the same email when i sign up and waited 24hrs for keys to attach and i still have no clothes in my server!! any helo?/
