What did you do to get this issue? Run FiveM.exe and let the client update itself

Tried to let the client update numerous times, still getting the same error.

sounds like a networking issue, are you running wired / wireless?
Wired. Downloaded GTA V itself just today.

GTA V from steam? clean install, what windows are you on.
Why are you not reading?
Anyone else know what this is?
FIXED the issue: I downloaded the patch manually from [here](http://patches.rockstargames.com/prod/gtavp/Game_EFIGS/GTA_V_Patch_1_0_1604_0.exe)
