Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Yes

Also add what you already tried so far.
Tried Hide.Me, tried proxies, tried clearing cache, reinstalled fivem multiple times, cleared network cache.

This is really stressing me out, no VPNs rectify the issue, no proxies will resolve it either.

Have you tried disabling any antivirus or url filter software on your pc?

Tried it, didnt help at all

try deleting cache.xml and the folder it worked for me
