Apparently the command CreateVehicle (server-sided) is not working anymore for some reason…
the command also dissappeared from citizen\scripting\lua\natives_server.lua:

and now it’s cannot be found anymore:

This was fixed a while ago, but it seems the changes never made it into the Windows build due to a build error:

Do you know when the update will be released?
I’m sure they’ll announce it in a commit once it’s updated
