Crashing after update and getting a virus notification?

GTA V version? Latest Version
Up to date? Yes
Legit or Pirate copy? Legit
Steam/CD/Social Club? Steam
Windows version? 7 (Pirated but it works fine as ive been playing it)
Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? No? Didnt know this was a thing

System specifications GTX 1060, 8GB Ram and unsure of processor other than its a cheap AMD one
What did you do to get this issue? Nothing, I tried launching the game at first then it crashed
What server did you get this issue on? None, it was just loading the FiveM app itself
CitizenFX.log file Unaware of this?
.dmp files/report IDs Unaware of this?

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Yes, Ive tried uninstalling my antivirus and installing a different one and it has the same problem or it says that its a virus.

Also add what you already tried so far.
Restarted computer
