There can be many reasons, but some found in my RP community

  • Put gta 5 on a ssd

  • Make sure your hard drives have not run out of storage space

  • Set FiveM to a high priority in your task manager

  • Make sure nothing is restricting it

ok i will be trying these however
-how can i tell if its on an ssd

-my hard drives have 300gb+ of free space

-do i set it to high priority while the game is running or before i run it?

-how do i check if something is restricting it

**sorry to keep going about this but i love the server im in and the crashes this past week n a 1/2 have been too frequent

-how can i tell if its on an ssd
Uhm like a SSD is a type of hard drive, do you not know what hard drives you have?

-do i set it to high priority while the game is running or before i run it?
You can run FiveM and then do it, then restart it.

-how do i check if something is restricting it
That depends what programs you have and anti-viruses
