Also add what you already tried so far. - I have made sure PC was up to date. Cleared Cash several times and restarted inbetween.

Hi!
The same thing happened to me, so it might be caused by an update?

I was able to eventually get in. Someone in discord had me follow this step and it worked a few tries after.

1. Press WIN + R
2. Type in %localappdata%/FiveM/FiveM.app/
3. Press Enter
4. Delete the caches.xml file
5. Launch the game

I have had the same probelm and i Fixed it by Deleting CitizenFx folder in Saved Games,
go to “C:\Users\USERNAME\Saved Games” in here delete the CitizenFX folder and then just Start FiveM.
This is what fixed my problem.
