That seems like you would need to clear cache.

Actually the reason is that the server has a vehicle.meta file that is fucked up. This means that no one can connect and it isn’t just you! Joining other servers should work.

You’re going to have to contact the server admin/owner because they will be the only ones to fix this. I’ve had the same issue, luckily I could edit the meta file myself.
The problem is with the server, and there is nothing you could do about it. Sorry.
