Crash when i try to teleport, or spawn vehicles

System specifications i5-8400, gtx 1060 3gb 20gb DDR4 ram
What did you do to get this issue? using F1 menu try to spawn any vehicle, or teleport to any location on map.
What server did you get this issue on? fiveM online does fine with teleporting and spawning, singleplayer is where I have my issues

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?

Also add what you already tried so far. deleted cache folder but kept game folder saved in the application data. upon restarting 5m I was greeted with a download for outdated caches. game loads fine and other than using the spawning menu I can play but I haven’t tried everything on the mod menu. all I have downloaded is the simple trainer and the lambda menu.

this is not my only crash. in the crash report in the application data folder I have about 5 or 6 more crash recordings
