Crash when i launch the game with ERROR

What is the issue you’re having?

when i launch the game its conencting with rockstar and then they do the error on the photo .

What have you tried already to fix the issue?

yeh i have try many things the following :

• i disable my overlay of amd and all softwares who can make it crash
• i try de delete files like crashes …
• i try to rename the launcher file of rockstar but no works
• i disable all antivirus but same problem

What server did you get this issue on?

i didnt get to the server list but problem was on launching its crashing on launching
