Also add what you already tried so far. I reinstalled fivem, restart PC, etc…

fivem requires a clean installation of GTA5 to work correctly, try removing them and seeing if the problem continues.

try verifying your game files first it should remove your mods.

Remove d3d8.dll, d3d9.dll and SwiftShader.ini from your game files.

you simply need to remove your mods and see if it stops happening, you got a mess going on there.
