Hmmm. Can you drop the whole output of the server console onto http://hastebin.com and send over a link.
Did you only change

endpoint_add_tcp "0.0.0.0:30120"
endpoint_add_udp "0.0.0.0:30120"

to something like

endpoint_add_tcp "0.0.0.0:30121"
endpoint_add_udp "0.0.0.0:30121"

as stated?

In regards to the server not showing up on the server list, your portforwarding needs to be readjusted to match the change to 30121.

As for the LEOAnimations, it seems like every other resource loaded fine apart from that, which is strange as it does not even say why it failed to load. Apart from that, I’m not sure what else would be causing the issue, as it seems like scripts part of the LEOAnimations resource is causing issues. Hopefully someone can rectify the issue for you or suggest a fix.

Also, hitch warning (hitch warning: frame time of 87979 milliseconds) seems to be abnormally high, although some small value is ok during startup.

Did you edit the LEOAnimations Resource? If so, try redownloading a clean version of it.

the only thing i edited was i added a stream folder and placed the files in there before i changed the port to see if that was the issue

that didnt do anything i am getting a hitch frame warning on the port 30121

Revert back to the old port and try it again, your problem was probably caused by the cache

i have reverted and am now not seeing my server in the list

Stop the server -> remove cache folder -> start the server -> restart the server -> join the server.
or
Stop the server -> remove cache folder -> start the server -> in console: start sessionmanager -> join the server.

Still ain’t working? make sure that you are using correct folder names in server.cfg else nothing will load.

EDIT : If you can’t find the server temporary disable all firewall’s then restart the server and join it.
